Student Council Speaks to the Board of Education

Last Monday, Student Council spoke to the Downers Grove Board of Education about their activities and accomplishments this year. We had spent at least a month writing our speeches and practicing. They did so well. I am so proud of everything they have done this year and all of the things we are still going to do before the end of the year!

I am introducing all of the officers of our student council.

Afterwards in the hallway we took a nice picture. These are the posters that they made to go along with their speech. Each letter was an activity that they did or are going to do.
